Public school number 23
The Jersey City Public Schools is a comprehensive community public school district located in Jersey City, in Hudson County, New Jersey, United States. The district is one of 31 Abbott districts statewide, which are now referred to as "SDA Districts" based on the requirement for the state to cover all costs for school building and renovation projects in these districts under the supervision of the New Jersey Schools Development Authority.
As of the 2010-11 school year, the district's 38 schools had an enrollment of 34,505 students and 2,665.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 12.95:1.
The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "B", the second lowest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. From lowest socioeconomic status to highest, the categories are A, B, CD, DE, FG, GH, I and J.
The district is one of three districts in New Jersey (along with Newark Public Schools and Paterson Public Schools) under "state intervention", which authorizes the state Commissioner of Education to intervene in curriculum functions.

The Vatic Project: Public School Insanity: CO. 6-year-old ACCUSED Of Sexual Harassment And 'SUSPENDED' For KISSING a Girl
Vatic Note: Can you see the manipulation beginning with our children? What is under attack is "caring for one another as spirit and human beings" AND associating any show or sign of affection with lust and sex. When you start the indoctrination of these children at 6 years old, you are guaranteeing a society of adults that will never resemble the human caring and compassion that we have always had before the satanists moved in.

Indiana public schools ‘out-grow’ charter, private schools | School Matters
School-choice advocates argue that children will get a better education if they can leave public schools for charter or private schools, especially in urban areas. The Indiana Growth Model tells a different story. It suggests public schools, overall, are performing better than charter schools or the private schools -- most of them religious schools -- that…

New York City Has The Most Homeless Children Since The Great Depression | Zero Hedge
At a time when Wall Street is absolutely swimming in wealth, New York City is experiencing an epidemic of homelessness. According to the New York Times, the last time there was this many homeless children in New York City was during the days of the Great Depression. And the number of homeless children in the United States overall recently set a new all-time record. Americans like to think of themselves as "the wealthiest nation on the planet", and yet the number of young kids that don't even have a roof over their heads at night just keeps skyrocketing. There truly are "two Americas" today, and unfortunately most Americans that live in "good America" don't seem to really care too much about the extreme suffering that is going on in "bad America".
